Everything you need to enjoy a beautiful dinner; you just provide the veggies.  Start with our pate and pair it with a nice baguette, grainy mustard and cornichons, perhaps a sparkling wine or refreshing mineral water.  Our cold smoked salmon is perfect for a spinach/salmon salad with radishes and a lemon dill dressing.   Onto the grilled ribeye, potatoes and your choice of veggies, topped off with Nana's apple pie.
